ADMISSION, VISA & ARRIVAL PROCEDURE:

ADMISSION AT RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES, STEP BY STEP DETAILS | STUDY IN RUSSIA NOW

To complete your admission at any university in Russian Federation, you have to follow Five major steps. 


STEP 1: APPLICATION TO STUDY IN RUSSIA | HOW TO APPLY?

Before you apply, we strongly suggest you to learn the Programs available and tuition fee respectively.

Once decided with the program, you must send us the good quality scanned copies or pictures of following documents to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • Application Form Filled and Signed Accordingly
  • International Passport ( The travel document valid for two years)
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate with subject & grades details – When applying for Bachelor’s Program
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with transcripts  - When Applying for Master’s or PhD program

We assess applicant’s documents and reply within a few hours about Acceptance or Rejection of the application. 

ADMISSION APPLICATION: Every year from 10th of January to 1st of October 

It is highly recommended to submit your Admission Application Documents as earlier as possible, because number of seats allocated for foreign students in Russian universities is limited.

STEP 2: THE INVITATION TO STUDY IN RUSSIA | HOW TO OBTAIN THE INVITATION LETTER? 

Once above listed documents received, assessed, and approved for Admission, Russian International Admission Service duly sends a Confirmation Letter to the applicant, and requests to pay the processing fee of invitation letter to Study in Russian Federation.

Cost of Invitation Letter: 400US$

Cost of Courier Service: 100US$

The preferred method of payment is Western Union, Money Gram, any other express money transfer service available or bank account.

The Student Visa Invitation Letter is prepared only once we receive the processing fee.

The Student Visa Invitation Letter issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation and Interior Ministry: Approximate time of Preparation of Student Visa Invitation Letter is 30 Days.

We dispatch the hard copy of Student Visa Invitation Letter and Visa Support to applicant’s given address.

STEP 3:

Once the Applicant has received the Student Visa Invitation Letter from Russian International Admission Service, now it is the time to apply the student visa at the embassy of Russia in your country. Average study visa processing time is just 7 days. The applicants receive our experts’ advice to prepare the set of documents and visa application procedure. Initially, an applicant following documents to submit at the embassy of Russian Federation,

Student Visa Requirements;

  • Duly Filled Visa Application Form
  • International Passport ( The travel document valid for two years)
  • Original Student Invitation Letter from the University 
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate with subject & grades details – When applying for Bachelor’s Program (Legalized by your country’s Foreign Ministry)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with transcripts  - When Applying for Master’s or PhD program (Legalized by your country’s Foreign Ministry)
  • General Health- Medical Certificate issued not more than two months prior the entrance in to Russia (Legalized by your country’s Foreign Ministry)
  • HIV- AIDS Negative test issued not more than two months prior to the entrance (Legalized by your country’s Foreign Ministry)
  • 2 New Photographes 3.5 x 4.5cm

Visa requirements may differ in some countries, it is always better to contact the Embassy of Russian Federation in your country for comprehensive visa requirements.

STEP 4: ARRIVAL

Once Student Visa issued – The applicant should rush to inform Russian International Admission Service. We Need the Air Ticket of the arriving candidate, at least 5 to 7 days prior to Arrival to make relevant arrangements to clear the airport and receive the candidate.

A representative of Russian International Admission Service must receive the student at the airport. The absence of the representative of our company at the airport results in the deportation of the arriving Student. It is pursuant to the official rules and regulation of Russian immigration service.

If the arriving student does not inform us about the arrival, we do not bear the responsibility of deportation.

FOUNDATION COURSE: Between15th of September to 15th of November

PROGRAMS TAUGHT IN ENGLISH / FRENCH: 25th of August to 25th of October

STEP 5: REGISTRATION & VISA EXTENSION

The student must bring all documents returned from the embassy along with him and payment receipt of first year’s expenses or full cash payment as advised earlier. The student is bound to register at university’s international relation office, within first three days of arrival in Russia.

The staff of Russian International Admission Service assists every student individually to complete procedure of Registration and Visa Extension and Administrative Formalities smoothly.

We make sure that every student starts classes within a week after arrival.
